  • Can I still buy glasses if my prescription has expired?
Regrettably, while we strive to accommodate your eyewear needs, our online platform lacks the capacity for dispensing spectacles based on expired prescriptions due to our limited face-to-face interaction with customers. Given our operational constraints as an online enterprise, we are unable to facilitate this process efficiently. We advise you to seek assistance from your local opticians, who possess the necessary resources to evaluate your requirements and potentially provide you with spectacles despite an expired prescription. If we notice your prescription has expired, we will refund your money and cancel your order. We also advise you to have an eye test. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions.
